My homelab is built around hardware and software components that support a variety of use cases, including:

• Virtualisation: Proxmox hypervisor running multiple VMs for various applications and services.
• Networking: Managed LAN with Omada-controlled access points and a managed switch.
• Automation: Home Assistant running as a VM on Proxmox, Zigbee network for the majority of smart devices.
• Storage: TrueNAS VM for file management, Plex media, and Time Machine backups.
